We’ve seen a huge increase in the number of e-learning projects we’re delivering as a business, and are developing a reputation as a leading provider in this space across pharma. As such, we have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience and a specific interest in instructional or learning design to join our busy team in central Oxford. You’ll work closely with our senior learning specialists, and alongside our Digital and Creative teams to design and deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences for a wide range of audiences.

For this role we are seeking a Senior Medical Writer with expertise in this area, who will lead the design of learning experience, delivery of training content, and development of digital and non-digital learning interventions, as well as supporting business development opportunities to continue the growth of our diverse training accounts.  Projects you’ll work on include e-learning, mobile learning, virtual workshops, training slide decks, internal learning communities and communications, and you’ll get to explore cutting edge solutions.  

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about learning and development, understands adult learning theory and how to apply it, is comfortable working in a reactive and fast-paced role, and who has the confidence to lead projects with support from a wider project team, with direct client contact and responsibility for success.  

We are looking for an established and talented Senior Medical Writer who has:

·      a science degree (PhD advantageous), preferably in life sciences

·      3–5 years of writing experience within a medical communications or pharmaceutical company

·      Significant and demonstrable expertise in instructional or learning design
