Job Details:
A growing healthcare communications consultancy is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their offices based in Surrey.

Our client provides education to HCPs to maintain and improve their professional development across a variety of disease areas. In this role you’ll require prior experience of client handling and project management, preferably within medical education and meetings. This is a great chance to work for an award winning agency, with a fun and informal working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Account Manager in responding to client queries, providing regular status reports
  • Assist in the management the project timelines, client expectations, internal processes and budgets
  • Contribute to managing all the logistics and administration involved with organising client projects
  • Ensure a continuing good relationship with clients and that a consistently efficient and effective service is provided
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a life science
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Previous experience working within a medical communications agency
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • General computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
