Duties and responsibilities of the role
The client services team is responsible for managing and growing our business and ensuring we offer the highest levels of service to our clients. As a Project Assistant, you will support the Client Services team with a range of duties, including:
  • Administrative support to the Client Services team
  • Arrange travel and logistics, such as flights, accommodation, transfers, etc
  • Obtain quotes, and organise printing and shipping of products
  • Assist with development and management of project tracking documents, ensuring that tasks are completed within budget and to time.
  • Source venues and facilities for external meetings
  • Arrange meetings and calendar management
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings
  • Prior office administration or logistics experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • A flair for accuracy and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Computer literate with Outlook, Word and Excel, and good internet skills
  • Driving licence preferred although not essential
  • English and Maths GCSE at Grade C or above, or equivalent
