Job Details:
A new exciting role has arisen for a Principal Medical Writer to join an award winning agency in their offices in Cheshire.

Working within a diverse, fun and vibrant team setting, you will be key to producing innovate and scientific content that clients require. You will not be afraid to explore new approaches to projects and will have the opportunity to work in various therapy areas, including, ovarian cancer, vaccines and ophthalmology, and to further develop the recognised work this agency brings to patients’ lives. Sound industry standards and processes are required so that you can give a helping hand and advise junior writers using your scientific and editorial experience. As well as an excellent salary, benefits will include 33 days annual leave (including extra day for your birthday), private medical cover, flexible working arrangements and more.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Life sciences degree, Masters or PhD
  • Must have substantial medical writing / editorial experience working within a medical communications agency
  • Attention to detail, precision and accuracy
  • Experience of writing in a range of therapy areas
  • Experience of project work
  • Supportive team player for junior writers
