Job Details:
It’s an exciting time for McCann Health Medical Communications (MHMC). After breaking several company records in 2020, we are showing no signs of slowing down. Could you help us achieve these goals whilst building a challenging and rewarding career?

We are looking for a Group Business Growth Executive to proactively support and assist with growth and marketing activities. This role will work alongside senior colleagues and help to drive new and organic business growth for the group in line with the overall growth strategy and MHMC forward plan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of the group marketing strategy (websites, social media, brand campaigns) in conjunction with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to and project manage group level RFIs and RFPs including development of some ideas and content for these.
• Maintain and manage growth materials (credentials, case studies, work examples etc.) and facilitate their inclusion in client proposals and presentations.
• Attend and present at pitches and client facing activities.
• Develop materials for the group level external conferences we attend.
• Coordinate and support the development of MHMC Award submissions
• Proactively generate ideas and solutions to drive both organic business and new business.
• Project manage and report against the overall group business development activities and budget.

This is a high-profile role so we’re looking for professionalism, initiative, client focus, excellent communication and organisation skills and an enthusiasm to learn. The ability to establish collaborative relationships across our business and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders is key. Initial experience within a healthcare communications business is desirable, however relevant experience from other professional services business will be considered.
