Job Details:
Our client is seeking a motivated, proactive front-end developer with Veeva experience to join the digital delivery team.
This role plays an integral part in digital project delivery utilising existing skills and experiences in Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM platforms to support Veeva-centric client projects and develop new web-based communications solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate drive, determination, and exceptional talent in developing clean and efficient code. Supporting the team across multiple web-projects and delivering to high technical, visual and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement new features to enhance user experience for responsive web applications
· Identify and deliver optimal solutions for front-end web development issues
· Conduct user interface and application testing to facilitate the web development cycle
· Maintain and manage existing web applications and sites
· Create and maintain system integrations between multiple systems and Veeva CRM to facilitate closed-loop customer journeys
· Create reusable, clean, and well-documented code
· Collaborate with other departments to assist in the completion of cross-functional and ad-hoc projects
· Participate in team discussions to help identify the best technical solutions
· Understand and implement creative and technical requirements
· Ensure quality and best practices are adhered to across all projects
· Passionate about web development and emerging technologies
Experience / attributes required
Qualification
Post-secondary diploma or degree in computers, engineering, or related field
Essential
· 4+ years web development experience
· Excellent knowledge of Veeva CRM
· Certified in Veeva multichannel products
· Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX
· Experience working on Veeva MyInsights
· Experience working with HTML built CLM presentations with analytic tracking utilising Veeva CallClickStream
· Experience working with the Veeva Network API
· Capable of developing dynamic web applications working with APIs to request/send data
· Experience working on integrated campaigns with Veeva CRM / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Adobe Campaign / MailChimp
· Acute attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign planning, execution, Q&A testing, and conversion metrics
· Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a cohesive team
Preferred
· Experience building emails across multiple platforms (Veeva Approved Email, MailChimp, Salesforce, HTML build)
· Experience working with CMS platforms: Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress
· Experience working with and setting up integrations on other CRM platforms MailChimp and Adobe Campaign
· Experience working with SharePoint
· Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar
