The opportunity

Our core expertise lies in creating tailored healthcare learning programmes for our pharmaceutical clients, patient learners and healthcare professionals. We produce engaging content across a range of innovative, multimedia channels which offer effective digital solutions to a variety of audiences.


Due to our continued success, we are creating a new opportunity for a trainee medical writer to join Delta Kn and be part of the future of our business. The role can be based from our offices in Bollington (Cheshire), Manchester or Richmond (London).


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Creating high-quality content for a variety of healthcare learning assignments, including e-learning courses, interactive online resources, virtual and live meetings, apps and other mobile learning resources
  • Adapting writing styles and tones according to the needs of the client brief and target audience
  • Collaborating effectively with a highly creative team of designers and technologists to deliver visually impactful multimedia materials
  • Working with the Delta Kn team throughout the life of a project, from initial scoping to final delivery
  • Working professionally and proactively with clients and clinical experts


About you

You will be a graduate of biomedical science, with an understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry who is ready to embark on a professional journey in healthcare communications. As an exceptional communicator, you will be passionate about transforming complex scientific information into clear, accurate and engaging content. No prior experience is required, and full training will be provided, so you will need to be eager to learn and ready to receive feedback as part of your development process.


You will reflect the key attributes that we look for in all colleagues, which are:

  • Intellectual curiosity: you will have strong academic record in biomedical science (MSc or PhD preferred)
  • Teamwork and collaboration: you will be an enthusiastic team member, collaborating with colleagues both locally and internationally to deliver industry-leading client service

  • Accountability and responsibility: you will take responsibility for your workload and deadlines
