The Company

The agency we''re working with have gone through a large period of growth and due to this they''re looking to strengthen the team further with an ETL (Editorial Team Lead). They''re a small to medium sized agency with their head office in Cheshire. About twelve months ago they opened an office in Central Manchester and just last month moved to a bigger office space, having outgrown that one.

The Manchester office has a team of Senior/Medical Writers and they''re looking for the ETL to take on a leadership role within this office, offering mentoring and coaching to improve the writing standard, along with doing some of the writing themselves.

This position would be ideal for a Senior Medical Writer looking to take a step up, alternatively somebody already operating at this level looking for a change would work equally as well.

Ensuring excellence is delivered consistently on accounts, within budget and on time

Able to build excellent relationships with direct and broader team

Vast experience communicating scientific material to a variety of audiences

Excellent financial acumen - working closely with the Publications lead on budgets

Able to develop new initiatives, improvement of service

What should you do next?

Lovely agency that we''ve had a great working relationship with. Straight talking business that understand the importance of work/life balance. They''re going through a period of growth and looking to meet with people to see if the same ambition and passion is shared!

Unless otherwise stated, if applying for a job within the European Union, you must ensure that you are already authorised to work there.
