Our success has led to continued expansion, both in the range of services we offer and in our global presence. We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Director of Client Services to join our team in either London or Manchester.

As the Director of Client Services you will be responsible for working closely with Health Interactions’ Managing Director and Director of Scientific and Editorial Services to ensure that the agency’s mission, vision and, strategic and business goals are achieved. As a leader and motivator, the Director of Client Services sets operational and service standards, supports business development and drives the cultural identity of the agency in line with Nucleus Global’s values. The position has overall responsibility for the performance of Client Services with full financial responsibility for all accounts, including forecasting and financial key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your role will be varied and will include responsibility for ensuring financial and operational metrics are achieved. In addition, you will forecast headcount and ensure efficient operational allocation of resources, as well as networking with other agency directors to ensure continuity in approach to staff development and training, operational efficiency and customer service.

Successful candidates will have:

 

  • A life sciences degree, ideally combined with a Master’s or PhD.

  • A wealth of agency consultancy (medical affairs and commercial), strategic operational management, and financial experience in medical education and communication.

  • Broad scientific and therapeutic exposure with excellent scientific and project management competency

  • Proven ability to work as part of a senior management team to develop business plans, setting staffing levels, service metrics and KPIs.

  • Ability to direct staff strategically, so that business, operational and service objectives are met

  • Experience in strategic communication and launch planning, key message development, lexicon development etc

  • Experience of line managing and directing senior Client Services staff and acting as an agency leadership figure by setting standards, appropriate use of authority and championing agency behaviours and culture

  • A track record of leadership of new business proposals and pitches from scientific and commercial perspectives
