Delta Kn ( is a leading global healthcare communications business that provides tailored medical education and healthcare learning to global pharmaceutical industry clients. We cater for a wide range of audiences throughout the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and produce digital training and educational programmes, virtual events and interactive tools and resources.

As a result of exciting business growth, we are now looking for a project manager to join our client services team in either Bollington, Cheshire or Richmond, London. Day-to-day duties include:

  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget, through development and maintenance of status, tracking and timeline documentation
  • Maintaining positive and proactive communications with the internal teams and external customers and suppliers and ensuring they have the information they need
  • Effectively planning and communicating activities with internal and external multidisciplinary design and technology teams, including briefing, liaison and review of output
  • Managing project finances, including development of budgets and related documentation, project tracking, invoicing, updating finance systems and supporting account forecasting 

Candidates for this role should have:

  • Demonstrable and proven background in account and project management
  • A relevant degree with an understanding of science and/or experience handling medical content within medical communications, pharmaceuticals or related industries
  • Experience working with subject-matter experts and liaising with editors, designers, developers and suppliers of software, AV equipment and other IT related services
  • Excellent communication skills, together with high level Microsoft® Office® expertise 
  • Experience of managing project finances accurately and efficiently
