You are a creative problem-solver and solutions finder, always approaching problems with a can-do attitude and absolution in mind. You’ll be keen to work alongside others in a dynamic, sometimes challenging but always energetic environment. You’ll also be a firm believer in the importance of making work fun. It’s advertising: if we’re not having fun, we’re not doing it right.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Brand Direction:

 

·     Working with other strategists, and autonomously, to drive the strategic direction of the brand and the account through strong insight identification

·     Develop persuading, insight-driven cases to help clients make bold choices

·     In collaboration with the accounts, digital and scientific strategy and creative teams, develop clear, accurate and inspirational creative briefs

·     Ensure strategic relevance of creative output

·     Work closely with our digital strategist to develop multi-channel brand ecosystems

·     Support in the development of internal workshop/brainstorm approaches, helping to facilitate meetings in collaborative way

·     Play a key role in new business development and pitches – helping to identify the insights that will unlock our creative ideas

·     Monitor and investigate new developments in strategy, branding and advertising to inform strategic development of client campaigns

 

 

Data Analysis and Insight Mining:

 

·     To be the primary resource for insight understanding

·     Make recommendations (internally and externally) on direction/development of market research studies

·     To interpret the results of market research studies and other sources of data and offer suggestions as to appropriate courses of action

·     Continually look for insights into the clients market from a variety of sources

 

 

Client Liaison:

 

·     Build strong client relationships, working to establish role as a strategic consultant/adviser

·     Actively participate in the development of client marketing strategy and thinking

·     Support in the planning, leading and analysis of strategic workshops for the client team

 

 

Agency:

 

·     Active and enthusiastic participant in all aspects of agency life

·     Support relevant teams to plan and implement our agency strategy

 

 

Skills& Experience:

 

·     Healthcare knowledge a distinct advantage

·     A robust foundation of providing strategic thinking for clients and working with insights

·     Evidence of success in developing marketing strategies for clients

·     A passion for communication and an understanding of how effective communication works

·     Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and ability to lead and guide other

 

 

THE CDM London hiring process:

 

As a part of the hiring process, you will initially have a conversation with a talent acquisition partner at Omnicom Health Group. They will want to find out about your experience, motivations and what makes you, you. We will then enter two-stage interview process:

 

1.    A 60 min competency and values-based interview with the hiring manager and another member of the same department.

2.    A role related based task & interview where you will get to meet our leadership team, department heads and your potential peers.
