Position summary
We have multiple Account Manager openings in our medical communications services business, with one role also requiring specific experience in publications planning and delivery. As an Account Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project management and client service on your assigned account. You will build strong client relationships, oversee proactive and effective management of available resources and timelines, and ensure successful teamwork to meet both client and Envision Pharma Group (EPG) objectives. You will collaborate with senior Client Solutions and Scientific leaders on account planning and strategy, and continued business growth.
Key responsibilities
• Develop strong working relationships with client team members, serving as their day-to-day contact
• Work effectively with a multidisciplinary internal team to ensure client satisfaction through successful project delivery
• Communicate project-specific client briefs to the internal team
• Troubleshoot project delivery challenges and collaborate with colleagues as necessary to address these
• Apply an in-depth knowledge of EPG and client SOPs and best practices
• Lead client and internal status updates, and execute/oversee client meetings
• Undertake financial management, including budget development/tracking, forecasting, and proposal development for assigned account
• Collaborate with Client Solutions and Scientific leaders to define and evolve account strategy and facilitate ongoing growth
Skills and experience required
• At least 4 years of experience in an account management role in a medical communications, or similar, agency environment
• Excellent project planning and project management skills
• Highly organized with proven ability to multitask
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Sound financial acumen
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and delivery of events
