As an Account Manager you will take responsibility for the management and successful completion of key projects within an account, ensuring that internal teams make appropriate, timely contributions so our projects exceed our clients expectations. Our Account Managers, supported by Account Executives, are responsible for all aspects of a project including budgeting, briefing, scheduling, delivery and reconciliations, while also identifying and developing opportunities for organic growth. 

This is an important role within the business and as such, requires a seasoned Account Manager. You will have proven excellent project and people management skills to compliment your experience gained within a medical communications environment, and will be able to demonstrate previous project and account success.

Knowledge and experience
o  Scientifically literate, with a degree or higher, or equivalent, preferably in biomedical sciences
o  Proven experience in a medical communications agency
o  Knowledge of the healthcare industry, the responsibilities and needs of medical affairs teams, and compliance and the regulatory environment
o  Knowledge and experience of working in multiple therapy areas
o  Experience of successfully delivering a wide variety of different types of medical communications activities
o  Aptitude for, or experience in, mentoring, line managing and developing a team

o  Excellent interpersonal and line management skills
o  Excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills
o  Proven project management abilities
o  Confident and articulate with excellent presentation skills

Office locations: London Camden, Berlin, Indianapolis. We offer a wide-ranging flexible working policy and the team uses a mix of office and home working.
