If you love communicating medical science, we invite you to join our thriving Account Management team in one of our Account Executive positions, as we grow to support our expanding business. You will have the chance to work in a range of therapy areas such as immunology, cardiology and neurology.

Our Account Executives perform a crucial role within the Account Management Team, taking responsibility for the coordination of active projects as they progress through other internal teams, and performing administrative duties in support of the Senior Account Executives and Account Managers.

Responsibilities include:
  •  Liaison with internal departments and external suppliers to coordinate the progress of active projects to schedule
  •  Attendance on client calls and preparation of prompt and accurate contact reports
  •  Preparation of project status reports, including schedules and budgets
  •  Client communications under supervision
  •  General administrative duties
  •  Reception cover
  •  Reasonable requests
Requirements:

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in biomedical sciences; scientifically literate, or equivalent 
Knowledge/experience
  • Some medical communications/healthcare marketing/digital marketing/PR agency or pharmaceutical industry experience an advantage
Skills
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills
  •  Excellent numeracy
  •  Proven organisational and planning abilities
  •  Proactivity and problem-solving skills
Office locations: London Camden, Berlin, Indianapolis. We offer a wide-ranging flexible working policy and the team uses a mix of office and home working.
