Situé à Toulouse vous aurez pour tâches :
- Intervenir sur la gestion des commandes en France.
- Assurer le traitement des commandes en ayant l''objectif permanent de la satisfaction du client en terme de délais et de qualité.
- Veiller à la prise en compte effective et à l''enregistrement des commandes, et garantir leur expédition et leur livraison auprès du client.
- Gérer la facturation ainsi que les impayés ou les litiges éventuels, préparer des contrats
- Réaliser des appels d''offres,
- Etablir des devis, gestion des bases de données, classement et archivage, réception et traitement du courrier,
- Suivre les démarches qualités
Vote profil :
- Vous avez un diplôme de niveau Bac+2 et 3 ans d''expérience minimum
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, dynamique, ouvert et doté d''un bon relationnel.
- Vous maitrisez le français et parlez anglais et/ou allemand (mail, téléphone, courrier).
- Savez utilisez un ERP
