Our client is a successful global leader within medical communications. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for a Senior Digital Services Director to join their global engagement team of over 100 staff, who work across the large company network and across multiple agencies. The role will be based out of London with some flexible working.
In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute your insights and expertise to a variety of large and high-profile client accounts and have access to senior level client contacts. Working across the network of agencies, you will be a part of a strong team of creative, digital, and innovation experts focused on engaging HCPs and creating compelling scientific communications. Prospective candidates must have previous medical communications experience and live within commutable distance of the London office. Responsibilities:- Tactical planning and delivery of complex digital projects with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and across the network of internal agencies within the group
- Contributing to client presentations, proposals, pitches, and offering support with the understanding of delivering digital projects
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Significant previous experience managing and working hand on with digital projects in a medical communications agency
- Extensive experience of leading and managing digital strategy and tactical solutions, delivering projects from start to final execution
- Excellent communication and business development skills
- Innovative problem solver with a technical mindset
- Attention to detail
