Background:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating with Business Unit leaders and HR arrangements for new starters, which include programming key fobs, printing of company guides
  • Record employees holidays/lieu/sick days and sending out calendar invites for employees holidays
  • Client liaison including making travel arrangements if needed, booking meetings and other client liaison tasks required by the teams
  • Proof reading of documents, formatting of documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Referencing materials, assistance with tracking projects in studio, writing team emails and providing other support as required
  • Support the creative team and account handlers for pitches and meetings
  • Coordinate Business Unit team meetings and organising refreshments (internal or external meetings)
  • Budgeting: assistance with estimating, using time sheets
  • Assistance with invoicing, tracking project financials

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Energetic and hard working
  • Strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise and to balance multiple priorities and demands
  • Works with a sense of urgency and can work under reasonable pressure
