Background: Senior Medical Writer, Medical Education, Oxford, Basic Salary £35k+
The opportunity:
A well established and highly respected international medical education agency based in Oxford is looking for a talented Senior Medical Writer to join one of their Project Teams. You will be working in a stimulating and scientifically focused environment and will also be working on an increasing variety of deliverables as the team continues to expand its current client service offering. You will have a keen interest in both publications and also developing further your experience of commercial and strategic projects.
The ideal candidate:
· Previous experience in a medical communications agency
or consulting environment working for leading
pharmaceutical groups
· A good range of Editorial and Scientific experience including
in core content such as slide kits, abstracts, manuscripts,
articles and posters
· Publications planning expertise
· A growing interest in other forms of strategic and also
commercially focused projects
· Outstanding organisational, influencing and communication skills
· A Life Sciences degree and ideally a PhD
· Experience in Neuroscience would also be highly beneficial
