Due to our continuing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Manager.

The successful person will be passionate, adaptable, prepared to think differently, and keen to deliver high-quality client service.

Accountabilities:

  • To support completion of key aspects of client-focused account management
  • To attend appropriate client events and be a key point of contact for clients and KOLs
  • To ensure we exceed clients’ expectations through planning and executing an outstanding service to both clients and KOLs
  • To be an ambassador for Lucid, helping to build our profile and client base
  • To project manage advisory panels, symposia, congress events, 1:1 visits, KOL planning frameworks, medical education programmes, KOL identification, and KOL briefing
  • To manage, deliver and continually improve the account administration and support offered internally and to clients
  • To ensure team members are aware of expense tracking, logistics management, diary management and progress co-ordination
  • To track project finances and report monthly
  • To ensure all projects deadlines are met, and be clear on all details and requirements
  • To manage all third-party suppliers to deliver an outstanding service
