Objectives:
Responsibility for revenue targets associated with assigned client projects/accounts
Manage the successful delivery of assigned projects, including direct participation in delivery tasks, as necessary (Note: the mix of project responsibilities between meeting, publication or e-media projects will depend on project/account allocations and may change over time with internal resourcing needs and/or business profile.)
Manage allocated project resources for effective and efficient delivery, including proactive deadline and budget management
Be client focused, proactively identifying opportunities to support client and add value to service, thereby enhancing client satisfaction
Proactively identify process enhancements to optimise quality of delivery and project profitability
Identify, and highlight to Senior Management Team (SMT), business development opportunities within assigned accounts
