Experienced Medical Writer - Brighton-based medical comms agency

Business Type: Medical Communications Agency
Job Type: Medical Writing and Editorial
Job Level: Experienced (non manager)
Position: Full Time
Salary: Competitive salary plus excellent benefit package
Location: UK - South East
Reference: exp-med-writer-brighton
Background:
An independent, international, Brighton-based medical communications agency is looking for a skilled medical writer with a strong biomedical science background (ideally with a postgraduate degree) and strong project management skills. You should have experience in a similar company – this isn’t an entry level role!

Working as part of a team, but with a considerable degree of personal responsibility, you will develop high-quality medical education materials, such as manuscripts, meeting reports, marketing communications, training materials and meetings-related materials.  We would prefer at least some experience of writing primary papers, but the work is very varied; the ability to tackle complex scientific issues, and to interact confidently with clients and external experts, is more important. The role also involves overseas travel for conferences and other events.

Our offices are in the North Laine area in the heart of the city centre, where we offer a relaxed working environment without a rigid hierarchical structure or job titles. As well as a competitive salary, our benefits package is one of the best in the industry.

For more information about the company, please see our web site (www.facilitate-uk.com). For a more detailed job profile and full details of benefits, please contact Andrea Cifelli (andrea@facilitate-uk.com). Or simply send us your CV and a covering letter.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must have English as their first language.
