Are you an experienced Senior Medical Writer looking to progress your career further in a stimulating editorial environment and within a highly scientific international medical education agency?
The opportunity:
Based at fantastic premises in Central London this is a great opportunity to join an expanding medical education group with a strong focus on science and a broad range of strategic and tactical communication deliverables for leading pharmaceutical groups. You will lead editorial development and co-ordinate the implementation of designated programmes with a focus on key messages, content and the overall quality of all materials, as well as providing scientific/ therapy area excellence. You will also be working with a well-respected and focused divisional management team with great career development prospects.
The ideal candidate:
· Significant previous editorial and senior medical writing
experience in a medical education environment and
working with leading pharmaceutical groups
· Strategic publications planning and strategic
communications expertise
· Strong KOL, advocacy, author and project management skills
· Excellent people management and mentoring capability
· Broad ranging and in-depth editorial, strategic and
scientific experience across a wide range of media and
therapeutic areas
· Outstanding organisational, influencing and communications
skills matched by superb attention to detail
· IT skills including MS Office, End Note and database searching
· A Life Sciences degree and a PhD
