The role:

The Account Executive''''s role is to support the account handling team in managing their accounts by facilitating the team''''s day-to-day work.

The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring all resources are available and that project progress is tracked and communicated to the team. The Account Executive will also support other members in the team with various tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain job bags and ensure actions are properly tracked
  • Ensure the quality check system is followed and completed for all projects, at all stages, by all members of the team
  • Attend client meetings/conferences; produce minutes and/or contact reports within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure all resources are made available in accordance with the project timeline e.g. creative, proofing, recording equipment etc
  • Develop project timelines, in conjunction with Account Manager/Director and project team
  • Arrange internal project kick-off meetings, and ensure the project team is briefed on the project''''s requirements

Skills:

  • Basic presentation and basic facilitation skills
  • Ability to learn and apply business development skills
  • Understand local and international regulations (e.g. APBI) relating to industry (pharmaceutical, marketing, advertising etc) to enable high-quality, compliant management and execution of projects
  • Be proficient in writing and editing Microsoft Office documents - particularly Word and PowerPoint

The ideal candidate will have a PHD or Science Degree
