The ideal candidate
- Substantial previous medical advertising agency experience
- A highly flexible, creative and innovative approach that works effectively for client brands
- Strong business understanding with an ability to respond to client challenges and a proven capacity to work as a trusted client counsel
- Ability to lead and inspire a talented team and create award-winning campaigns
- Highly developed influencing and communication skills
- Proven business development experience, both organic as well as identifying new business opportunities
- Strong planning, budgeting and people management skills
