Background: A successful and growing medial communication agency in North West London is looking for a Commercial strategy Director. The role combines that of a traditional Account Director with the agency also offering a role on the leadership team to work with them to determine the future strategy for the agency.
The role would be ideal for an experienced Account Director with significant medical communications agency experience who is looking to branch out and become more involved in the commercial strategy of a growing agency. To core general responsibilities include producing communication plans, commercial strategic management, creative & strategic input, development of the agency business plan, liaison with clients & opinion leaders and new business development.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Account Director to further their career and become an integral part of a growing agency. As you can imagine this is a very important appointment for them and they are determined to find the right person for the role. As a result they are flexible on salary depending on experience but are willing to pay the right salary for the right person.
